It HURTS to nurse, but it hurts even more not to. What can I do to make this more comfortable? I want to cry everytime Jaime comes anywhere near my breasts

i had the same experience with my son while prgnant with my daughter.. it was so unpleasant.. not so much painful just really..yucky.. i cant explain it really. i wanted to nurse him.. i just couldnt! fortunately he was almost weened and it didnt even cause a tear when i talked to him about it. we snuggled lots instead and it was great..

this time.. im not willing to wean..my dd is way younger than my son was (he was 2.5) and she is very cery attatched to the boob.. its not quite as uncomfy this time, but it wasnt as bad early on last time either. we will see

s and maybe increasing your milk would help a bit?

My son is 3 and it hurts now, especially on my right and right after he first latches on. I see no end in sight. He's nursing at least six times a day and he's sick to boot -- recovering from bronchilotis as a result of RSV.
