Here I am, sitting in front of the computer, enjoying my 10 minute tea time. So naturally I balance the near empty cup on my belly. Seeing as how it's so out there and all. Baby promptly kicks it off. Repeat This kid cracks me up already :

DD3 liked to kick books off my belly. I wasn't allowed to read from 25 wks on.

With DS, I'm not allowed (nor is DH) to rest my arms on my belly. He gets MAD.

This baby has a sense of humor as well. DH has yet to feel the baby move. He is allowed to see my stomach jumping around, and I can lay my hands on my tummy - as can the kids and feel the baby move. Even my mw today got a good kick. But as soon as my DH puts a hand on my stomach, the baby immediately stops moving. It is the weirdest thing. He now jokes that he doesn't really believe that there is a baby in there

I just hope that DH is this good at calming the baby down after the baby is born!!

MIL bought Bun his first toy while we were visiting, a rubber ducky. She brought it home and set it on my belly, and right away he started kicking at it and "playing" with it. It really made MIL's day. She feels sort of left out because she's out there in CO and my mom is right down the street from us.

During "nap time" (the nap part is not happening lately) my ds loves to climb all over my belly. Lately the baby has been kicking and squirming right back. And to think I thought it would be at least a year before they were wrestling together . . .
