Another bit of mendacity. Bechtel, awarded those contracts to rebuild Iraq without the inconvenience of competitive bidding, unlike Iraq, seems to have links with Al Qaeda. It seems the Bin Laden's have investment ties with Bechtel according to the New Yorker.
