I'm having a nephew!

My brother and SIL are expecting their second in April. She wants a whole bunch of girls and I want a whole bunch of boys. Their first is a girl, but they just had an ultrasound today and they're having a little brother! I'm really excited. My brother left me a voicemail during class and I checked it on break and blurted out to everyone still in the room, "I'm having a nephew!"
I know she'll be a great mommy to him, but I sort of feel bad for SIL right now. She had her heart set on another girl.

My sis and I are the same way. I had my girl with #3 and she is having a boy for her first which I think was disappointing at first. She is due in Feb right along with all of us but I can't get her to participate here! I think your SIL will love having a boy and seeing the differences between the 2. You never know what you are missing until you have one!

Congratulations on your nephew!!! I think she will be fine after the initial *shock* wears off.
