Ctx are fairly mild, but about 30seconds long, 3-ish mins apart since 2am (now 3:30)

Aw rats.
Come on out baby!!!

I think it IS the weather, Liza...I had my first episode of prodromal labor yesterday evening. Then, contractions 10-30 minutes apart all night. No show or anything, and I kind of figured it was nothing, but gave me false hope nonetheless!

Your baby is just going to come flying out one of these days

Seems like labour is off to a slow start for me. Maybe baby day today, maybe not - but I'm sure it'll be this weekend.

Started just after 2am, I woke up with ctx every few minutes enough that I couldn't sleep or rest, so I got up.

Woke Brad up around 2:30 to time them and keep me company.

At that point - every 3-ish minutes for 30 seconds, not very strong yet though. We tried to play cards, but I couldn't concentrate on it.

Kept up at that rate until 5am or so when the kids woke up, then started to slow down in frequency.

It's not 9:45 - I'm whiped out, still contracting every 2 to 10 minutes, but nothing regular. I'm trying to keep drinking, and even eat a little, but my tummy isn't feeling great - solid just is NOT appealing at all.

I did hop in a hot bath around 6am just to give myself a break, and I'm looking at doing that again soon I think. But right now, Brad is taking Owen over to the grocery store to pick up some things (it's just across the road).

On the up side, I am finally seeing what looks like it's probably my plug - just tonnes of snotty mucous. No blood yet though.

I totally understand where you're coming from!! It's so frustrating!! I had the same thing happen to me on Monday and I've had irregular, quite uncomfortable contractions every single night since. Each time I'm thinking "Please let this be it!" and it's not.

It's got to be soon though... and it certainly sounds like you're on your way to having your baby in your arms!!

LizaBear, if it makes you feel any better, I have had some good contractions this week and really thought two nights "this might be IT". Well, it wasn't, but I did go from 1cm last week to 3cm at my check today - so it was not for nothing! Hoping yours did something as well! Good luck!
