Creative Ideas for a Christmas Card??

I really wanted to take our own photo, and get it on a magnet, and sent that out - probably with some generic card. I just looked at Shutterfly and their photo magnets cost several dollars each. We have minimum 50 cards to send out. A better idea, please??

We could make our own magnets, I guess? I'll have to check Target/Walmart/Micheals, etc. to see if supplies would be affordable even. Or maybe some other idea completely?? What are you guys doing?

We actually have a Shutterfly magnet, and they are nice, they are those thick, sturdy magnets (got one free from a promo they were having!) but I bet you could make one yourself that's not quite as sturdy. You could maybe laminate a photo and glue a square of magnet to the back? That's such a cute idea!

I've seen sheets of magnet that you can run through your printer.....
