icecream paper

Did anyone ever use this as a child? I remember my kindergarten and first grade teacher using it when we were learning to write our letters... anyone remember this??

Basically it was lined paper and each line had an icecream cone at the end with three scoops, chocolate, vanilla and strawberry and the lines coordinated to match.

I have not seen that paper but we have some that has grass (green), a flower (red) and the sky with a cloud (blue) at the beginning of the lines and the lines are coordinated to those

This is what I have:

that's exactly what we had! Only ours were icecream cones... I'll do flowers... I just remember really enjoying writing on that paper - I didn't learn to write until the first grade (except my name) and that paper was a real motivator for me. Sounds silly, doesn't it?

OMG! That is the cutest paper! I'm a paper fiend, though!

Too bad you can't find the ice cream paper. That sounds cute, too!

How about this: ice cream cone handwriting paper

I loved what you were talking about, so I just whipped this up real quick. DD picked the colors (mint and bubblegum ice cream) LOL. I hope this helps!!

This is cool . DD just asked if we had any lined paper in the house; we don't. So I came here & Viola, Gotta LOVE this place

Oooh, I just got some of that flower paper with the space above the lines for illustrations. DS is only five, but I think he will enjoy the process of making and writing and illustrating "stories."

The ice cream paper is really cute too!

Poisonedapple, that's awesome! We'll definitely be using that--DD1 is starting to write more, so I want to start introducing LC letters more often.

Thank you for doing that!
