|I'd like to find a good book on how to increase your fertility naturally...with diet or something. I've read Taking Charge of your Fertility (which is another great book) but it tells you how to understand what your body is doing not how to make changes so your body is more fertile.
have you read Fertility, Cycles and Nutrition by Marilyn M. Shannon? from the cover: "Self-help strategies for: PMS; infertility; painful periods; premenopause; repeated miscarriages; irregular cycles; heavy bleeding; pregnancy; male infertility"
it's been years since i read it (prior to TTC #1, so over 4 years ago) but it should be perfect! i picked it up because after going off the pill my LP was short and i was trying to find ways to naturally increase it. it's not a read it cover-to-cover type of books, but a good resource.
