What are some of the dishes you are making for after presents, brunchish time, before the big xmas dinner?

Quiche? Fritatta? I need some ideas.

Cheese souffle, english muffins and bacon.

We'll probably have english muffins with jam, french toast (made ahead and reheated in the oven in the morning), scrambled eggs. My mom will bring mini-weiners in BBQ sauce.

We'll start with a coffee cake (haven't decided what kind yet) and coffee/tea.

Then after some presents we'll have a couple kinds of quiche, some type of potatoes (I want to find a recipe for galletes (sp?)), sausages, and fruit. Oh, and mimosas!

Tee-hee! I found a crock-pot breakfast HERE that is yummy, and will be perfect for our breakfast. Christmas day for us is all about doing nothing. So, we ALWAYS have chili for dinner (with Jiffy mix cornbread muffins), and this year we're trying out the crockpot breakfast. It'll be ready when we are, with no work on my part that morning, but to scoop it out! It has ham, peppers, onion, tater tots, cheese, and scrambled eggs. YUM!

Og good times! Christmas breafast was a huge thing when I was growing up. Not at all healthy but fun and tasty. My grandmother (who has passed on) would send us a huge Swiss Colony breakfast basket. YUM!

I am 7 pounds away from my goal weight (need to change my sig. : ) and need to keep on track. So I will have some things the kids will love and that we only have on Christmas. Waffles, baccon, eggs, hashbrowns. For me....a protein shake with fruit and a coffee. What the heck...I will toss a little bit of candy-cane in my coffee to make it festive

I will have my mostly vegan sister over so I need to get some ideas for her.

We always have strata. It's bread slices, topped with cheese and then pour in egg so it's like a casserole. And then you can add pretty much anything else you like. Any breakfast meat--we usually do sausage. Spinach would probably be good, or roasted peppers.

ETA: one of the best parts is you assemble it the night before and let the egg soak into the bread. Then just pop in the oven in the morning. Also, it's good cold or hot so you can eat leftovers later.

Either creme brule french toast or sticky buns

mmmmmmmmm
muffins, eggs and fruit here I think. It's gotta be simple but special, but it`s just the 3 of us so I want it to be stuff our toddler we'll eat. Plus we're going out for a huge dinner later. I may add sausages for a special treat.
Boxing Day brunch we're having friends over, I'm going to make a yummy strata, and probably something sweet (sweet bread, jam swirl rolls, strawberry bread pudding...) and they're bringing fruit salad. Oh yeah and bacon. Can you tell we love breakfast meat?

Crustless quiche? Gluten free coffeecake?? Fruit salad???

I'm like a week behind schedule...I can't even think about that part yet, maybe we'll just have oatmeal

I think this is it? I can't remember who posted it though:

Ham and Tater Crockpot Breakfast

This delicious breakfast casserole recipe cooks overnight in your crockpot. I love the combination of tater tots, ham, onion, and egg.
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. frozen tater tots
1/2 lb. diced ham
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1-1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
In 4-5 quart crockpot, layer ingredients in order: one third of the tater tots, ham, onions, green peppers, and cheese. Repeat layers two more times, ending with cheese.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs and milk and beat with whisk or egg beater until combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over layers in crockpot. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 10-12 hours. 6-8 servings
