My baby boy Evan Connor was born on December 4, 2006 at 11:29 pm. He was 3 lbs, 12 oz and 16 1/4 inches long. He was born at 30 weeks, 5 days gestation. He's currently in NICU and will be there for awhile...longer than my heart wants to believe.

Please keep our family and especially little Evan in your prayers.

Not in your DDC but wanted to extend my support and prayers to you. My eldest was 31 weeks with a NICU stay. The preemie boards here are wonderful. If you need someone to talk to, whose been there, send a PM my way.

My prayers are for your precious little Evan to grow stronger each day, to get his eating and body temperature to where they need to be so he can soon be a NICU grad!!!

Let us know how he is doing.

How did the labour/ birth happen? Was it a total shock or had you been having preterm labour for a while?
