music preferences?

Nate certainly has his musical preferences, my mood not withstanding. He generally prefers jazz and big band music, especially when I hum my late father's all-time favourite song "Sweet Georgia Brown", or some Natalie Cole. He also loves little wind-up musical animals a lot.
Sometimes I'll choose one of my favourite new wave or classical CDs and he is very quick to speak up and disagree!!
Anybody else's babe's a music preferences?

Aria loves Jack Johnson and when I sing to her with no background music, doesn't matter what.

A Bon Jovi concert cd and dancing always calms Kienan and he usually falls asleep

If I try with other music he doesn't settle as much, must be that concert I went to pregnant

We don't do TV, so we have our Sirius radio on most of the day and Luna Blue really seems to like all sorts of music. She becomes really intent and alert when there is classical music on. We've always listened to a lot of reggae, so she seems to like that.

When sitting my the window, she loves to listen to the songs of the chickadees that visit our birdfeeder, too.

Will loves John Denver. If we put it on, he's always quick to really look around and listen intently. Cracks us up.

I used to dance around to the 80's music channel on our tv to calm down DD crazy colic. She still likes it. No classical for us!

I *hope* that's not his favorite kind of music!

DS doesn't really have a favorite type of music yet I don't think, but he does like to listen to daddy sing...

Hannah seems to enjoy most music. She loves Coldplay and Sarah McClachlan (sp).

She loves when I sing to her... This morning, I swear she was trying to sing along with me. Sooo cute.
