How to use Genetian Violet?

Ok, dd has had thrush for much too long and I'm getting some GV tomorrow (pharm is ordering) But ummm... I have no clue how to use it... Help??? Anyone???:

I've found the best way is to use a q-tip and paint my nipples and then let ds nurse. I would definately treat you both because even if you don't feel like you have thrush you probably do!

Otherwise you can just use a q-tip and paint her mouth with it but they swallow more that way in my experience. You should probably use it 2x a day for 3 days but not longer because it can irritate their mouth if you use it to long!
