Anyone else at the beginning of a Clomid cycle? - Page 2

I'm now on CD 15 and I'm pretty sure I O'd either today or last night. My cramping has pretty much gone away and last night I felt a weird sort of pin prick on my right side... then this morning I felt the same weird pin prick feeling on my left side. I dunno if that means anything. Today I'm feeling a bit nauseus, but I figured it could be the shift in hormones after ovulation... who knows!

11yrs, CD 7 seems pretty early... my doctor told me that most people ovulate 5-8 days after their last Clomid pill. I didn't start testing until CD 10 (and many people say not to start until CD 11 because the Clomid might interfere with the test). If it were me, I'd BD tonight just in case but keep looking for ovulation because it probably isn't occuring yet.

BTW, do you guys go looking for ewcm or does it just come to you? I know that sounds silly, but I never notice any. In all fairness, I don't exactly go in after it either. I've been using Pre-seed just in case I don't have any. I'm also using Instead cups to hold in the swimmers for as long as possible!

The ewcm lasted till cd11. now i am on cd12 and having strong pains on left side. I know what that means... I will definatly bd tonight and probably the rest of the week....

Yay!! Good luck to you 11yrs! I'm currently in the 2WW (5dpo) and have some mild cramping and nausea. I am keeping my fingers crossed and not buying into any side effects since it's probably just the Clomid.

i am... not charting temps, though i should be. im at cd7, and taking 50mg if clomid on days 5-9. this is our 2nd round, obviously last month didnt work....

now for my intro- i havent really been in this forum before, im ashley, im 24, dh and i have been "trying" (not preventing anyway- we would have loved a baby at anytime) since we got married more than 4 years ago, but never used protection even before that (we were together 3.5 years before we got married), and ive never been pregnant. hes been away alot due to being in the army, but hes home for a good stretch now, and we're hoping and praying we get preggo

These extra supplements that i am taking , must be increasing my cm dramatically... (EPO and Fish-oil) starting Yesterday on cd14 my cm was unlike anything i have ever seen... It is very eggwhite like and gobbs of it. I am hoping that all these symptoms are tying in with ovulation. This is my first month charting, so I am not sure about my temps, but everything else is falling into place... I guess after newyears I will be in 2ww also....

Thanks.... Yeah the cramping is way more noticeable with clomid. I have had left sided cramps for the past couple days and now tons of ewcm.... I am hoping it is o time... I am not gonna look for early preg symptoms this time either. Clomid gives you every eps there is. Cramping, nausea, morning and motion sickness, miagranes, tender breasts and moodyness... fatigue dizzyness I can go on and on.......... LOL!! I will just wait till about 16dpo and test... Yeah right like i can wait that long... LOL!!!

well that explains alot, lol... i had horrible migranes and some nausea last month, it had me hoping.... im seeing a german doc right now, and they dont really go into side effects and stuff as much as american docs do

Well I just got a positive opk today... this is the first month that my hormones have been so under control that my opks have been negative up until near o time. Before clomid, and metformin, I could take an opk any day of my cycle and get a positive. That is what PCOS does to you... your LH is always high. Now, I am hoping since I have been taking opks since cd12 and it is now cd15 and I just got two dark lines that everything might be right this cycle. Especially since I have the ewcm!!!!! Yeah!!! hurry home honey!!!

I am on CD 6, and taking 150 mg of CLOMID this cycle (days3-7) so we will see. I dont chart because I am SO afraid I will become COMPLETELY OBSESSED with TTC by charting every day. Right now I try to focus on "o'ing" and just trying to be as nice as I POSSIBLY can right now to my DH because I really need to be in the CRANKY CLOMID CLUB and my poor family suffers every month.This month I am throwing in PRESSED and ROBITUSSIN so we will see

I am on CD 11 and on first round of clomid. I used clomid for 6 cycles while trying to get Pg with Ds and it took 15 mo to conceive him and so here we are again. I haven't had any bad symptoms except sore nipples. Ds is still nursing 2 times a day. I have a fertility monitor and plan to BD everyother day till it says peak and then everyday for however long it gets that reading. I used to O on day 17 but I don't know what will happen post baby. I am taking clomid because although all my hormone levels are normal I haven't ovulated. I think I will hang out with you ladies.

Well, 1st cycle of Clomid was a bust for me : (although I'm very thankful that I actually ovulated)! My LP was a little on the short side (12-13 days)... hope that's ok. Anyway, I should be ovulating in a couple of weeks. Any updates for the rest of you???

So sorry ElektrykEye , I was so sure last month was the big bfp for me too and it was a bust...

No real updates here.: ..just finished my round of clomid and waiting for the big "o" Hormones are pretty ok right now. I AM REALLY TRYING TO BE NICE TO MY DH AND LITTLE ONES, BUT MAN IS IT HARD..I JUST WANT TO BE CRANKY!!

Well I o'd on dec 31st. I am on cd 20 and 4dpo. I just had a dr visit today... it went really well... I got prescription for progesterone in case i am pg. Next visit will be for a larospocy (cant spell it???) and DH a sperm test. this will be in 14 weeks.

I told dr that i got a postive opk on 30th and then on the 31st at 3pm i had horrible cramping on my left side. It hurt so bad i could barley walk. He said that aparently this was my first cycle that I actually ovulated. I am on my 3rd cycle of clomid, so I hope this is it for me...

Anyone else in here near 4dpo!!!! I want to know all the symptoms.... Right now I am really just tired (too much new years partying). I slept all day after my dr apt. I am still sleepy now, but have to cook supper in like an hour. I will sleep good tonight tho!!!

Good luck 11yrs!! I have a Clomid question for you... do you think hyperstimulation is really rare after only 1 cycle of 50 mg?? I'm not having severe pain... just cramping that started last week and has continued (AF showed up today). In fact, I think I can feel my right ovary (aches off and on every now and then... again, not severe). Did you experience this? Seems unlikely that I would be hyperstimulated after just 1 cycle of 50mg. Since I'm not seeing an RE, I don't get as much feedback from my doc.

When are you guys Oing and what days did you take clomid? I took it 5-9 and it is day 14 and I have had very little O twinges. I know they are working on it but I hope I O by sunday since DH will be out of town mon-wed and that would make this month a bust if I didn't O till wed cd20. When I took clomid when trying to get Pg with DS I always O'd on cd17 and tht would be this sunday so I am keeping my fingers crossed:

Hey y'all. I've been reading. I take my first clomid dose on Saturday (which, hopefully, is a good thing). I'm curious though... I thought that you couldn't predict which day you'd o on with clomid by when you took it. Can you do that? Estimate a day, I mean? I'll be taking it cd3-7 so I'm curious as to when I might o.

I take CLOMID on 3-7 and o'ed on the 14th day..thats all I know!! The 3 days leading up to it the lines kept getting darker and darker on the opk's so I knew we were headed in the right direction!
