...that you mamas who are in labor are cleaning the bathroom and baking along with various other superwoman tasks when I'm ordering pizza and falling asleep on the couch at 9pm? : So really what I'm saying is... Oh, and while I'm posting silly questions, what does it mean to be "Frosted"?

I am still clueless about the frosted thing. Is it good or bad to be frosted???

yeah, that whole frantic ohmygoshI'mnevergonnabeabletocleananythingeveragai n and havetodoitallrightnow.... there's some switch that gets flipped that turns me at least from the ordering pizza and sleeping person into this insane nesting freak. It's a major hormone surge, best as I can explain it.

I can see myself cleaning & whatnot while in labor. Wouldn't want the house to be a mess when the MW comes . And it would be awhile before it gets done again.

As for the frosted thing, I think it's a good thing! Just a little joke or chain PM thing going around MDC .

I'm right there with ya cornflower...when you told me the other day you were heading out for a walk I had to I can't even fathom lugging this ridiculously large body around. I just want to sleep.

being frosted means some one sent you a pm that has a poem in it. Almost like a chain letter.

Oh save your bows for a more deserving mama, I never made it out the door. After putting the tree up I took a two hour nap on the couch. And I don't get it, I was doing so well with all these freakish nesting tasks, but now...nothing.

Well now I feel better....

I have nesting in fits and starts--and then I revert to being lazy again...

Now I am planning on going to ikea (which really terrifies my DH)... DH wants to wait until he is finished with finals so I don't try to put the funiture together myself! Baby will be sharing our room until we get this office turned into babyroom/office-in-the-corner, and I just realized that instead of having piles of stuff everywhere it would be best to get another dresser/storage thingy-- cloth diapers take up SO MUCH SPACE!

My parents have given me a cleaning service for my babyshower/christmas gift (bless them!) and so now I've been cleaning so the cleaning team can come and clean... makes sense, right?

I never did have a nesting urge... but in labor I did lots of things to distract myself, like pack the hospital bag. (we did plan a hospital birth). DH and I also went to Toys'r'us to get a few last-minute things for the baby, and then later had maternity pictures made. It was fun.
