it's just bad to do... I tried it this morning, and now I know just how a tube of toothpaste feels when it gets squeezed from both ends at once. Not trying that again.

I know what you mean about the tube of toothpaste - I was trying to explain to DH yesterday why I wince bigtime when he hits potholes on the the road...I said: imagine you have a VERY full water balloon in your abdomen, mounted on your pelvis. Now go bump up and down and see how that feels.

Coughing and contracting has been my last couple days. :

And yes, for me, there has been pee involved. :

I think the worst of it is over, but it's not been pleasant.

I am so totally with you!!! I had so much coughing/contracting/peeing going on last week. My cold is better this week, though. What a relief. Actually, most of my contractions stopped during my cold, making me happy, since it would have been hard to cough a bunch during labor.
