Bias tape on inside curves?

I'd like to use bias tape to finish the edge of a keyhole neckline, but I can't figure out how to apply it neatly and efficiently. Particularly the bit down the slit.
Like this and I want to put trim around the neckline.

Anyone know of a good walk through? I've found plenty for outside curves...

For inside curves, I usually open up the curve and sew the tape on as if it were a straight line, if that makes sense. The key is in turning it back in and topstitching it neatly, that part takes patience. If you stretch the tape as much as possible when you sew it around the curve part, you can avoid some of the lumps. Try practicing on a scrap first, just to get a feel for it.

ooh, I just realized that I got that backwards... You should stretch the *garment* side around the bottom of the curve, so that the bias tape has a bit of ease. Then, when you turn it inside, there will be enough tape going around that curve for it to lie flat in a semi-circle.

I think that will make sense if you practice it.
