Calf cramps...

Thread Starter
Well, not just my calves, but mostly... today I woke up with a muscle cramp in one calf and it has kind of been there all day. Not actively cramping, but feels like it's ABOUT to cramp. So wierd! I took extra calcium/magnesium last night... anyone else have any other suggestions for things that can help with this? I'd hate to be cramping up once this baby decides to make her grand entrance...

when I get cramps like this I eat about 2 bananas a day--and it seems to help a lot... I've heard it is the potassium...
