Brownish mucus!!!! and my body "cleaning out"!!!!

wow I never thought I would be so excited about this.

I don't really feel like labor is imminent but it's nice to see progress!!!

Yeah for you! I got excited the other day about some "cleaning out" (no mucus though) but it just turned out to be a result of eating too many oranges.

well i'm not turning out to be one of those people who just loses a big glob.... it's coming out everytime I go pee.... lol... so exciting!

My body started 'cleaning out' weeks before labor. And all I ever had that could be considered bloody-showish was a slight bit of blood within the increased cervical mucus.

But, labor was indeed underway. Sometimes our bodies just don't give us much of a 'heads up' like we're expecting it to. I didn't even know for sure I was in active labor until I slammed right into transition! I'm NOT KIDDING.

But all is well and she's now almost exactly 4 days old.
