Body oil for the allergic baby

DS has eczema and I am eliminating just about everything but veggies and meat. The latest to go is nuts. I have been off dairy, soy, coconut and wheat for a few months.

Now the last thing I need to address to get us off nuts is body oil. I have been using sweet almond oil and need to switch. I don't know for sure what he is allergic to. What might be a good choice for us? Apricot kernel oil? jojoba? Shea butter? I want a single oil.

I just use olive oil. I have read in several places that people found it helpful.

Apricot kernal oil is considered a nut oil (closely related to almond.) So is shea, actually, but we don't avoid that.

I second olive. Grapeseed oil is pretty nice as well for massages.

Shea, cocoa butter, Apricot kernal are all considered nut oils.

Olive, safflower and avacado should be ok.

Safflower is very light, you might try that one.

My vote is also for E.V. Olive oil. I also use Arbonne products with very good results on my DS's excema.
