What gift are you most excited about giving your dc - Page 3

#1 isn't getting anything terribly exciting. She is getting a mini skirt and leggings. yeah like the 80s. she is going to be pretty stoked though because the poor girl never has stylish clothes.

#2 is getting a freaking huge poster of Johnny depp (as captin Jack) I am pretty darn excited about that

#3 is getting a sleping beauty dress. I know I know. But my oldest child inherited this cinderella dress from a slightly older friend. 8 years ago. it has been in constant use since then. even now as I type my 4 year old is walking around in this dirty, nasty, matted, ripped, shredded, holy, stained, ill fitting generally trashed dress (which of course will go in the keep-it-forever-box" and Christmas morning she will wake up to a sparkely, new pink foofoo dress that she can wear to her hearts content. She's gonna love it.

My ds has been talking non stop about a "dragon castle" for weeks now. I'm not sure where he got the idea but we found a pretty cool Imaginext castle and got some dragons and accessories to go with it. I think he'll be very excited about that!

He's also getting a scooter from my mom and I can't wait to see his reaction.

i'm excited to give dd (4) her flik flak watch,it's so cute and has ponies on the wrist strap.we got DS(2) the fagus skip truck and the baby the starry night silk scape which I can't wait to put over his crib,mind you,i really should put it over our bed as he never stays in his crib anyway
we also got them the cherry bark blocks tree house from santa.I can't wait to give them that,it's so cool.it has little furniture and a pully.
DD totally gets it this year,i am SO excited

Dd1 - the perfect sleeping bag!!! She is 10 and loves to host or go to sleepovers with her friends. She is too grown up for the Princess sleeping bag she used to use. She thinks adult sleeping bags are boring - navy outside and plaid inside.

Anyway, she had a list three pages long (in her defense it was small paper ) so I had to pick and choose which items to get. We go overboard but not to the point of getting everything on your list! Luckily I chose the sleeping bag (she really does need one, and I like to get practical stuff that they'll love, as well as some just for fun stuff) - because today when we took them for pix with Santa, the sleeping bag is all she asked for!!!

It is hot pink, with a hot pink and orange cute print inside. Can I say that I love REI?? And that they had one left in stock, and that they stay open til 11:00 p.m. so I could go get it?

Oh, and the how to crochet book, crochet hook and yarn that I got her.

Dd2 - My Little Pony castle. We have the old version already, and I just wasn't going to spend the money on the new one - but she just kept hoping and hoping for it and yesterday I broke down and bought it.

Dd3 - Dora castle. She is all about Dora and loves dollhouses and will just flip.

My son a skateboard that he really* wanted. (expensive! He won't be getting another one at this price for years.. unless he plans to pay for it on his own!) Laugh.

My daughter is too young to get excited about it but I got her these ABC blocks and I just think they are so beautiful! I love them! Hopefully she will someday too!

her DORA power wheels. I just know she is going to FLIP when she sees her own little car!!
(Plus, she has already seen most everything else...LOL....she's only 2, i didn't really hide the other stuff, so she's seen the boxes and stuff....lol)
