Christmas Present Crisis!

The one and only thing my daughter has asked for this year is the AKC Vet Kit that she saw in the FAO Schwartz catalog. Apparently it is an extremely popular item (who'd a thunk?) because it is completely sold out. As in not even taking backorders. Every other vet kit I can find is huge and plastic and hideous. Aaaarrrggghhh!!!!!

I need to find either the AKC one or something like it in the next few days! Help me mamas!!!!!

I saw a vet kit on highlights.com. Had a similiar situation years back with Buzz Lightyear. My husband stalked the Walmart shelvers until he finally scored one.

Thanks ladies! We ended up fashioning one out of the identical Steiff golden retriver puppy (found it on Ebay) and a plastic doctor's kit in a nice cloth doctor's bag. I think (hope!) she will love it! Happy holidays to all of you!
