On Friday, December 8, 2006, after a 12-hour labour, baby Wyatt Kemis made his arrival.

He joined us in our living room, in a pool of water, surrounded by his older siblings, our doula, mama, and daddy.

He is 9lbs 2oz and 21 inches long.

Cora May was born on December 13 at 6:40am. She's 7lbs 8oz, 20 1/4 inches long, and was born after just six hours of labor and a mere ten minutes of pushing!

It was a wonderful homebirth, and she's nursing like a champ now. We're in love.

Ingrid Stacia was born November 12, 11:30 AM, at 34 weeks. We had planned a homebirth, but b/c of her early arrival, we went to the hospital where she was delivered vaginally. She weighed 5lbs, 13.5 oz, 19 inches long, and was absolutely perfect. After 6 days in the NICU, we brought her home.

Carter James was born five days early on November 24th. The labor was a quick 4 hours, including 20 minutes of pushing. He weighed 8lbs, 9.5 oz and was 20 inches long. We were thrilled to have a smooth home birth with our wonderful midwife.

Cyrus austin wayne was born dec. 2nd at 11:12pm. He weighed 7lbs 14 oz and was 21 1/2 inches long. He was born at home under water.

Natalia Maria was born 12/9/06 at 1:30 PM. She weighed 8 lbs 2 oz, and was 21 inches long. I was 39.6 according to LMP. This was a hospital birth with no interventions (no time as I delivered roughly 45 minutes after arriving!).

Jonas Cooper was born on Friday December 22nd at 7:15 A.M. after 2 hours of active labor! He was a home waterbirth with both big brothers in attendance.
Weight: 8 lbs 4oz
Length: 21.5 inches

Our baby girl was born Saturday morning at 1:42 Katie Joy was 8 pounds 9 1/2 oz. and 21" long. She's a sweetie pie and an excellent nurser already.

Simon Xavier was born at home in water on Friday, December 22nd at 4:51am. I was 41w1d.

He weighed 7 lbs. 13.5 oz. and was 23 inches long

Melvin John was born on November 28th at 6:28 pm. He weighed in at 7lbs 3oz and was 19 3/4" long. I was 38w 5d.

Jordynne Elizabeth was born on December 25th at 10:47am 8lbs 4oz and 22 inches long, my water broke at 7:20am , go to the hospital at around 9am, planned on getting an epidural but no time, pushed 4 times and she was here, so far so good on breastfeeding and pumping!!!! never got it to work with my son but happy i can this time around

teotimo 'teo', was born dec 27, at 8:04am at home, in the water, caught by mom. weiginh in at 6lbs, 8oz and 18" long, he is doing great

Lily Scout was born peacefully at home Dec 27th at 4:19am after 1.45 hrs of intense labor. 8lbs (its a guess...will fill in details later but it involves a schizo scale!) 21 inches long caught by mom, nursing MANIAC! DS#2 watched the birth from the bed eating M&M's...DS#1 decided he'd rather not...he stayed in his room and played video games (sigh....8 yr olds....)

Layla Beryl Maxwell - Born November 29th at 7:42am after 33 hours of arduous labor at home (cord wrapped around her neck and she did not start breathing until about 10 minutes after she was born). She weighed 7lbs even and 19 inches long. I was 39 weeks 5 days.

Erica Juliet arrived Dec 28th at 12:05 am - our third Thursday baby! - 10 days and 5 minutes late

She's a wee 6lbs 13oz, 20.5" - I'm so glad she is little because she didn't flex her head to be born and a bigger baby would have caused me some trouble.

Born in the hospital - we planned for home but once the mw broke my water we discovered some pretty thick meconium. Caused no problems at all but wanted to be safe. She didn't need any suctioning.

She's nursing well and a wonderful baby

Announcing Holly Elizabeth, born at home in the wee hours of December 26, after about 15 hours of puttery labor on Christmas and then an hour of kick-*** labor starting at 12:30 am.

Elijah Quinn was born November 15, 2006 at 12:52PM. He was 5lbs 8oz. 18.5in long. He was born at exactly 36 weeks.
