Do any mammas make NT style pizzas?

Just wondering if anyone tried any traditional style pizza's and how they turned out.

I mean soaked/sprouted flour for the crust, maybe grassfed cheese ... and no bad oils and such.

Does anyone have their best recipe for the sauce btw? I was in an herb shop the other day and smelled Pau darko..... that herb smells like it belongs in pizza sauce!

yep...well, kind of. I make a gluten free crust that is yummy (but not soaked but only contains brown rice flour for a grain, so not very high in phytates). Then I make my own sauce ( super easy, canned: tomato sauce ( organic!) onion, garlic, herbs, seasalt, pepper and a pinch of rapadura. Then our typical topings ( based on this pizza I used to get when I live in the Village in NYC) red onions, mushroom, brocolli, black olives and tons of fresh garlic. Top that with a bunch of (raw if you can get it) mozarella and man...is it good. Freezes well and I make a whole stack ( minus veggies) at a time and freeze, then all I have to do is add toppings and bake. Kiddos and DH love it too ( and they were all about Marios party pizza...ack..ack!
