Really it is!! I'm amazed! The other day my dh pointed it out. We haven't made as many changes as I would like to but we've been eating sprouted bread and drinking kefir. I think it disappeared a bit after we made those changes. Of course now that I say this I hope it doesn't come back for some reason but YAY!!! 








. My dd has eczema dry patches on her legs and arms but they have dramatically improved with her taking CLO and coconut oil. Her skin seems so much smoother. I think I once read that people with eczema need extra oils in their diets to help their skin. I am seeing that there are many benefits to eating traditionally.
