So this is totally off topic, but I've seen in a bunch of peoples sigs that they have been "frosted". What is this? Thanks!

It's where someone sends you a PM with a little saying and then you pass it on to either 2 or 3 people. I have been frosted on another board, but too new to this one to have it done. Just kind of like tag through PM.
