I'm 33. I have some gray-- a lot more since I had the twins, actually. DH says it looks striking, and I agree. I'm actually looking forward to going gray. My whole life I've looked younger than I am. I'm tiny and have small breasts and am blessed with very clear, smooth skin. 
People routinely think I'm 10 years or more younger than I am. It drives me nuts. Some lady in the whole foods the other day started accosting me about what a shame it was that I had so many children so young !!! Turns out she thought I was about 21.
Anyway, I think gray hair would let me look my age and get treated with some respect for a change, ya know?
If I WAS going to dye, I would probably choose something funky.
