Korker pigtail hair bows ????

Anyone make these and want to share their secrets. Please!!!! begging here! My dd finally has enough hair for pigtails and I saw them on ebay but want to make my own to go with her clothes. TIA

I don't know how Mary - but they are adorable! And I cannot believe what they are going for on Ebay! There must be instructions out there somewhere.

I remember seeing this technique ages ago. I had no idea it was the hot trend for hairbows!

Basically, you take the grosgrain ribbon, coil it around a pencil, and bake it in the oven to set the curl. Don't quote me, but I want to say it was about 275 for 20 minutes?

From there, I would snip into sections, hit the ends of the ribbons with Fray Check, gather in the center with wire, then wrap the wire onto the clip. Voila!

Found these instructions:

You take a dowel (I use the about the smallest size I can get .) Cut it to the size of your oven. Wrap the ribbon in the dowel, securing with tape on each end. Wet the ribbon and dowel. Set oven for 200 degrees. Bake the ribbon in the oven for about 20 minutes. Let ribbon cool on dowel before removing
