GIRL ! We had our first and last US today and found out we are having a baby girl! I really didn't have strong feelings either way, but DH thought for sure it was a boy. We weren't sure if we were going to find out, but decided the suspense was too much. We're elated.

I was really torn about having the US at all since there was not a medical reason for us to get one : . But I've declined all other tests so far and for some reason had started really worrying over the last few weeks that if there was something wrong with the baby, I wouldn't know. It was really stressing me out. So, for me, the peace of mind in finding out everything looks normal was worth it. This time. But we won't be having anymore.

She was really cute, BTW, sucking her thumb and hiccupping the whole time!

Edited to add: she's breech! Is this common at 18 weeks??? What are the chances she'll turn??? TIA for your answers!

congrats!!
very common for her to be breech at this stage she has a a good while before she needs to stay down, she is probably fliping all over the place right now, when i had my first and only ultrasound 2 weeks ago baby was transverse ( i was 20 w at the time)
