If this baby gets any lower...

She is going to fall out. (If only it were that easy! )

But seriously. Ow! I feel like I'm sitting on her head. Heaven forbid I try to cross my legs or squat down. Everything is swollen beyond belief down there.

The scary thing is I'm only 35 weeks. And here I thought subsequent babies didnt drop!

I tried to check my cervix but its too high to reach. Not to mention everything being hopelessly squishy in there. The worst part though is that I still have heartburn. That seems unfair! :

Anybody else? I hope I'm not giving her brain damage by constantly sitting on her little noggin.

Amen! This little one stops me in my tracks many times a day and if I sit too long - OUCHHHHH when I try to stand up. I keep thinking any time she will be ready to make her appearance, but she just keeps hanging in there. I was checked on Monday and was 1-2 cm but my cervix also was still very high. I think everything has dropped since then.
I know it will all be well worth it once she is here, but this is NOT pleasant. Hang in there!

I've been joking that if her head were any lower, it would be between my knees! I dropped around 34 weeks. The midwife mentioned that it will sometimes happen earlier in a second pregnancy because the muscles already know what to do. Right now, even strangers are commenting how low I'm carrying this baby. I try to take comfort in the fact that she's head down and so far down there I doubt she could flip if she wanted to!

Mine is also really low, I don't remember being so low with DD and she was my first! I am also struggling with that sitting-to-standing manuever, it hurts and takes a while for him to settle back in.
