Maybe Christmas Baby?

I know I have been saying Christmas all along, but I have been kind of figuring just "sometime around."

soo... 41w2d right now, woke up at 2.30am Christmas morning for wet spots in my pants (not amniotic fluid, not pee- probably runny mucus like I had before). DD wet her bed so I changed her and her bedding, now having some surges.

hmm.... maybe a christmas baby?

I've been asking baby to come for two weeks now, EXCEPT on Christmas. So today I'm having bloody show and have so far had 5 hours of regular, strengthening contractions, of course! Maybe I will join you.

I was kind of hoping my little one would make an appearance today, too. It is my birthday. No signs of anything right now, and after 6 days of prodromal labor I don't think I would believe it anyway.

well, it's still possible, but looks unlikely now. mostly because every time I go into the same room with dh, he asks about ctx, how strong? how long? how far spaced? etc etc etc.... which shuts everything down for the next 45 minutes or so, of course!
