I'm very lucky in that my midwife does not have a "cut off" point like so many seem to. But if I did, I'd really be freaking out, as UC is absolutely not an option for me. ITA. My MW isn't comfortable delivering after 42 weeks, which is Saturday for me. I haven't seen the OB in almost 2 weeks, and his cut-off is 42 weeks too. I really don't want to see him again, but I might not have a choice because we might need a BPP done. I'll get the whole induction lecture, but I'm not going to listen to it.

Hopefully it won't come to that, as I've been having contractions every 10 minutes since last night.

Mollie! Let's have our babies today okay? You're one day ahead of me but that's close enough to be overdue date buddies My stretch-and-sweep from yesterday has given me some serious contractions, and this morning I finally got some slightly pinkish mucus (lots of it though) so today should be the Day.

I really hope yours comes - cutoff dates are

Sounds great to me Christina !!! Today would be perfect!!! I haven't had anymore contractions this morning, but I'm feeling quite crampy. I'm going to walk on the treadmill for awhile & see if that does anything!

OK, you're invited!

I'm drinking my RRL tea, taking my herbs, managed a little labor tincture (ewwww!) at 10 am (need to get up the courage for another dose at 11) but I'm pretty sure I'll be having a baby today regardless. I need the intensity to pick up a little...I'll wait til dh gets home from meeting my mom with the kiddos. SO EXCITED to be having my homebirth! My MW is coming by at 12 or so to check me out.

Mollie, prettypixels, walk, walk, walk! Make a big cup of super strong RRL tea and labor with me! This could be fun!

Little update on me...had the mw come by and she did another stretch...contrax had petered right out. So now I'm 3-4cm...and not in labor This is totally weird for me - normally at 3 cm I'm in serious hard labor. Guess the intact bag of water is making a huge difference.
Hoping to get things really going soon.

Sorry Christina!! Hope it happens for you soon! Nothing going on here, no more contractions, no crampy feelings. Ugh, I so want this over!!
