I have just been having a love affair with clam chowder lately. I have always liked it but now that I make it myself, from scratch with raw milk and cream, there is no stopping me.
But I would love to make a huge batch and freeze it. Is that possible? or would the milk/cream go all weird? I could just leave the potato out and add that after I defrost it...
Anyone have experience with this? ( or other milk based soups?)
