How can we get a smiley added? Mods? Can we add this one (and other like it?) Thanks!!

Hi! I think this might be the smiley my husband created. There are two:

I've been trying, unsuccessfully, to get them added since June. I started a thread on the appropriate board and never got any response.
If we all go to the thread that fek&fuzz mention, maybe they'll listen to all of us.
