Not sure I've ever had that complaint before, but I'm two weeks post-partum and I'm having annoying pain/pressure in the urethra area. I had a really quick birth, so I can see some bladder trauma happening...also despite my religious practicing of Kegels, I still am unable to stop a stream of urine, and still experiencing some stress incontinance (which becomes difficult since I have trouble stopping once it gets started--have literally peed my pants once!). Anyone experience anything like this post-partum? Ideas for getting things back in shape? I really just want some hope that I'll get better someday!

i would highly suggest finding a physical therapist in your area that specializes in women's health. they can help you to get your pelvic floor back in shape after having your baby. speaking from personal experience both with some incontinence issues after baby, as well as being a PT myself.
also, take it easy as much as you can (i know easier said than done), the things that you are describing can be attributed to postpartum pelvic organ prolapse and you can attempt to minimize that by resting as much as possible.
kegels can help too, make sure you're not doing too many. do some fast quick ones as well as holding them for 3-5 seconds.

Look into homeopathic causticum. It is super for bladder control, especially if you match the general symptom portrait. Google "homeopathy, causticum, and bladder"
I am still pregnant, and have had baby push that bladder quite a few times, and have had stress incontinence. Regardless of kegels, causticum has been the only thing that consistently helped the problem.
