the reading i've done on opk (admittedly not extensive) says they are not terribly reliable. it is possible they just aren't registering this month. just keep bding and temping and hopefully it is soon!!

just checked out your chart, guessing by what's there nd past charts, i'd say you should O in the next day, maybe 2. looks like everything is lining up for it. GOOD LUCK!!! :

you'd think they be registering better this month more than previous months because i'm on clomid. Hmm

intresting -- i have never seen anything like that -- everything i have seen says they are relibale -- just like home pg test?

What did you read

aimee, Clomid is considered to "work" if you O 5-9 days after the last pill. The last day for me will be saturday(cd18)

that basically they are like hpt, but like using a 100m/IU test at 10DPO. that they aren't sensitive enough for many women. i don't know if i can find it again. it was like consumer reports or an investigative report by someone. doubt it's still in my history but i'll check.

Anyone else had a bruised feeling? (I'm kind of weirded out that my uterus feels bruised, I'm curious if any of y'all have been through that or know what could be going on. Is AF coming?)
firstkidforme- last month i had weird uterine feelings but it was around O and not AF or preg so i don't think i can help. sorry! does it hurt all the time or only if touched? hopefully it is a little embryo implanting! :

It hurts if I sit a certain way. I keep getting this gushy feeling like I've had my period, run to the bathroom, and it's just discharge, so I'm wondering if those nurses last time were right and I just need to keep waiting. (They said that you need to wait until your second missed period to "really start to worry." I said, so wait a second, you could go through most of your first trimester not even knowing you're pregnant that way!) Eh, I hope my doctor calls me tomorrow with the results, I'm nervous.
oh that's right! you had a blood test? oh i hope you get the results soon! that waiting is really hard! i don't know what that pain would be, sorry! if you had the test yesterday, i'd call, it shouldn't take more than 24 hours to get them.
The test was today. I'm definitely calling tomorrow afternoon if I haven't heard back from them. No way am I going the weekend without knowing. The suspense is really hard.

Wohoo, I might be o-ing. I have EWCM, unfortunately with PCOS, that can mean anything or nothing. But there is a possibility.
Unfortunately am sick: , too and I don't feel like Bd-ing, but I guess we might have to
Cross your fingers for me....

firstkidforme- some where i got it in my head you went yesterday! i hope you get your results early tomorrow! : for a positive!!

chiararose- oh i hope it is O!! PCOS is so frustrating/confusing/obnoxious.... maybe you'll feel like bding tomorrow. if it is ewcm from O you should have a couple days of it, but i guess the PCOS might make that all different..... good luck for releasing an egg! (and catching it too!)

my chart

Thanks mamas... here is my chart.

http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/eastkygal

I'd love to hear your opinions. I'm thinking I should put myself in the 2ww.

Aimee - I've also heard that OPKs aren't real reliable for some women. I'm wondering if that is the case with me. Also, after viewing pos. and neg. OPKs they can look really similar...

firstkid4me - I've never had the bruised feeling, but I have had twitching. : for a babe.

I had twitching too! And I had this feeling like someone was running their fingers inside my uterus, it kind of tickled. I told dh and he looked at me like I was nuts.
I'd share my chart, but I don't temp, so I'm afraid there isn't much there. I go on CM mostly, and also, I always get very reliable O cramping.
Morning ladies, well AF started yesterday evening so I guess technically I'm already on CD2. I am going to try OPKs this month, actually DH is the one that finally convinced me, and hopefully with the past cycle being completely normal for me we can get preg this time around.

Eastkygal, I'm not sure. I don't see a significant temp jump yet to indicate O. When have you been O'ing in the months past?

Love that chart links ladies, love love love stalking charts and comparing

Jill, I really think that either you somehow missed peeing at the right time or the tests are off (or it will come today). Your chart looks so good besides that one fact. Hang in there hun it will happen. You've been Oing the other months so we know that is not the problem. Maybe you are just gearing up for a really big O?
