Aimee,

I'm in the TWW now - for sure. I'm CD18, 4DPO... will probably wait to test until CD 35 (Saturday the 20th).

Can I join up? I'm relatively new here but am really hoping to become pregnant within the next six months. I am having a hard time balancing the nonstop nursing requests from my dd (15 mos) and my desire to give her a sibling... Also, my cycles are a MESS!
WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE THAT GET PREGNANT 6 MOS PP???
Aimee, I am *still* in the 2ww.

It is such a roller coaster. I am imagining symptoms, deciding I am preg, deciding I am not preg, and let's not forget making mountains out of molehills for any 'real' symptoms. I am trying not to test until Fri at the earliest, maybe Sat when I can say af is actually late.

I have the dollar store tests and after looking at photos online of positives I am thinking they are faint. If I even think I have a pos I will need to run out and get a different test just to confirm that I am not seeing things. Oh well, that would be a problem I would like to have.

: for everyone in the 2ww and to those I haven't 'met' before.

Well, BFN again this morning and AF is feeling like she's about ready to move in. So, technically still in the 2ww since she hasn't officially shown up, but I just ordered more pg tests for next month because I am a testaholic and I'm down to one strip

Good luck to everyone testing soon! Toddler at keyboard, so no time to type more!

Welcome MajorMom and MCKH...I am new here too and these ladies have been so wonderful! Thanks girls!

Sorry to hear about the bfn LittleBrownDog

Yes, each month is just one more with Theo -- i rocked him over an hour for nap and just looked at him. (and wondered how iam going to rock him an hour to nap with a newborn too ).

I think I have all teh new people and all the changes

Dropping by (and hopefully posting more regularly) after a crazy past couple months and a 50 day cycle!

I'm on cd...15 maybe? (same as jillybeans! ) and not charting this cycle. We're just going with the flow and trying to be low key about it this month. I'm battling depression right now and stressing over ttc is NOT going to help! I'm actually hoping for a December baby at this point, so won't be too upset if I don't conceive this cycle. As long as I conceive by mid-March! Dha nd I haven't bd'd much at all lately, so this cycle is most likely a bust (unless I haven't o'd yet, ds stops teething and dh and I both have enough energy at the same time! ).

mama_nym: You know i'm rooting for you. Be good to yourself.

aimee: yes, when funds allow. i really believe in energy healing and have felt changes already. But there can be many many layers to a problem(infertility in my case) and I don't have unlimited funds or unlimited time to get through them all! So I'll be doing in in combo with western medicine as funds allow(insurance won't cover it...go figure. ) Thanks for asking.

I'm the same way! : If I have a headache I can't decide if it's a normal "AF is coming " headache or if it's just a little bit different. If I'm nauseous, I can't decide if it's a symptom of PG or of the obscene amount of chocolate I ate : And so on.

YAY for those with promising CM and amazing BD!

I agree about charts being fascinating!!! I really need to find my BBT and start charting temps instead of just CM, I think I'd actually really enjoy charting! Just not sure how it will work with my "sometimes nursing all night, sometimes only once" kiddo. How do you guys handle that? I barely wake up when she latches on, so if she's latched on within the 3 hours before I wake up, would that affect my temp? I'm thinking I could just have DH give me the BBT when he leaves for work at 7:30, but DD often nurses sometime around 5am...

Aimee- I was thinking about the same thing today, about how every month is one more month with DD. She is still a baby and I need to focus on enjoying her and not spend so much time obsessing about the next one. She's getting so big, I can't believe how much she changes every day!

Oh, and the chart says 11/05 for my DD- it's 1/05 Thanks!!!

I've been keeping up with the reading, but I'm not able to post until now. My dd is teething again and I think she has a dairy allergy Sleep is in short spurts and dd and I are very cranky : I'm on cd 8 and AF is gone finally. My birthday is on Friday and the two things I would like for my birthday are an early O and 8 hours of straight sleep

Welcome new mamas

Good luck to anyone who is testing this week

My dd is needing me, I'll post later

Has anyone had experience with Vitex? Did it work for you? A lot of people have told me, "Yes, after three or four months I noticed improvement" but I wonder if that would have happened regardless of the Vitex.

I am really cautious about using medicaitons and herbals while I am still bfing... Did it decrease your supply?

Right now my cycle length is between 34-48 days and I usually do not ovulate, or if I do my LP is only 3-4 days long! I have had my period back since 7 mos pp. This is just so incredibly frustrating.

It doesn't help that a LLL leader told me, "I don't think its fair to cut out nursings for the child you already have in the hopes that you will become pregnant with a child that doesn't even exist yet. Your current baby needs you."

I don't really know. I used it for three months, and while I still O'd late and had a short lp, i kinda think the vitex kept those three months similar instead of being all over the place.

i know how frustrating it can be. And your lll leader has the right idea, BUT sometimes life can't wait! And for us, dd was ready to drop nursings. I followed HER cue. hang in there! Vitex has worked for many people, and it is worth a shot!

Carrie, could you respond with your vitex experience?

christina, i don't have experience with progesterone to bring on af, only for keeping pregnant!

amanda: sorry dd is teething! Poor girl! Hang in there.
