Sleep issues!!!

I am tired, and go to bed early sometimes (okay, usually). I thought I'd help myself out by napping early afternoon yesterday so I could stay up later. I did stay up later, but now it's 3am and I cannot sleep. And I've committed to going to a New Year's Eve event tonight.

I just wish I could sleep properly.

I posted similar to this in the birth professional a few months ago and I was advised to drink some chamomile tea. I found a wonderful tea made by Traditional Medicines that is organic Chamomile with Lavender and Lemon Balm leaf. The ladies in Birth Professionals said it was perfect.
It doesn't put you to sleep but it really helps me relax and it makes falling to sleep a bit easier.
