I got a set of B-Complex vitamins from Trader Joe's and will start takign those.

Also, reminded myself why I'm not eating sugar! I have been so good since New Year's - have had very little refined sugar. Today I ate 2 snickerdoodles (I'm in class this weekend and my eating habits have gone to hell). YUCK! It was kind of yummy on the way in but pretty quickly I felt anxious and weird and blecky. Dude, no sugar. Sugar bad.

Hey I just wanted to say the I used a paid program from tv to help me with anxiety. Probably you could find out about it on th eweb.

As a little backround... I definately have depressionissues but I find a lot of my episodes are anxiety driven. the Program really helped me get my brain around some of my issues and it is a shame but I never completed it. Imagine if I have. I also use St Jophns Wart to manage depression now, and have for many years.

Look for Marianne Williamson and her books and lecture package, I recommend it for the anxiety.
