I was in denial for a short while but it is pretty evident that my 27 month old son is intolerant to gluten... we have been eliminating gluten for 4 weeks (I am still nursing) and I have seen so much improvement.... still not 100% but we are getting there! I want to get some resources to make my life easier but everything looks the same to me at this point. So... if I could have just one GF cookbook, what should it be? I was hoping some mamas who have been in this situation could point me in the right direction... please.

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

2 great cookbooks
this book is totally allergen free and also vegan:Food Allergy Survival Guide by Vesanto Melina, MS, RD, Jo Stepaniak, MSEd and Dina Aronson, MS, RD
this book is great for baking (great muffins, cookies, cakes, etc.)
Great Foods without Worry by Cindy Moseley
there is no need for substitutions with either cookbook. some other cookbooks say gluten free but you have to sub out ingredients on your own
