Wow, the crazy dreams have already started!

So last night I dreamed that DH had to go out of town for business, and DS and I went with him. When we got there DH put DS in some kind of drop-in day care without telling me, then magically we were hundreds of miles away and I could not get to him. (and he's never been left with a sitter, so I'm freaking out!) He had to stay with one of the day care workers overnight then I was able to pick him up.

I woke up breathing hard and freaking out. I didn't think they were supposed to start this early! I remember all the leaving my baby somewhere dreams, baby being born too early dreams from last time, but they didn't start until way later.

So have yall started with the freaky pregnancy dreams yet?

I've been having crazy dreams lately too. I didn't think of the connection with the pregnancy until now. Interesting!!!

I had crazy, vivid dreams about a new baby a few days before the positive pregnancy test and since then they have subsided. ? Hope it's not a bad sign.

Oh naturegirl, I'm sure it's not. I had some more crazy dreams last night...one was about monster tornadoes and the other was that I lost the baby. I actually dreamed I had to come on here and say bye to everyone. I'm not worried though, just staying positive until the little one gets bigger and stronger!

Oh and Einen, I just assumed the crazy dreams were due to pregnancy since I had some doozies last time. But I'm sure mine could also be because I'm a little nervous about being a mama of 2! I also had a few nights ago the recurring dream I used to have in college about losing teeth...someone told me that dream happens when you feel like you are losing control of something in your life!

When I was pregnant with #2, I was always dreaming that I was skipping class, didn't know what class I was supposed to be in, didn't know if I'd graduate, etc. The really crazy thing is, I'd been out of college for quite a few years by then. It was definitely a "feeling out of control" dream. Haven't had any yet.

jeaninevp922, I have a recurring dream similiar to yours, too! I always dream I show up at a class that I haven't been to all semester and it's the day of the final. I haven't been to class, haven't studied, don't have the book...and I know I'm going to fail! That dream also happens when I've got a lot of stress going on.

That's crazy!! It sounds like the same dream! (I have had different variations - but all very similar). I've only had it when pregnant, and only with #2. Dh is the one who "explained" it to me. I wasn't feeling out of control during the day....

ME TOO!

I have also had the teeth falling out dream in the past. But it (always onlyl one tooth) never quite falls out just gets real loose.

I am a pretty vivid dreamer and I have had a couple more recently but can't remember them, just remember waking up and going, "wow that was weird"

I had a crazy dream last night about holding a tiny little baby who looked like a preemie. I think the dream was actually caused by my sis being in the hospital last night for PTL at 29 weeks (she's ok, home on bedrest now.) In my dream, the babe was fine, just tiny. But the funny part is, I woke up mad at myself because I hadn't checked to see if the baby was a boy or a girl!

For me, it's always about my hair falling out. I look in the mirror and it's either really thin on top or I'm completely bald several inches back.

A few days before I got my positive pregnancy test I had this dream that gangsters were out to kill me and I had to change my name and move to this teeny little town in Arizona. I just remember waking up and being like, "WOW, something's going on...."

WHOA. I have a dream like this ALL THE TIME (even non-pregnant) I'm back in highschool and it's the same thing, I'm skipping class and I'm all stressed out that I'm not going to graduate and then I remember, "Wait! I already graduated! FIVE YEARS AGO!" And then I run and tell all my friends that we graduated back in '02 and we can go home because we all got our diplomas a long time ago and don't have to be there. It's very strange....

well, 2 days ago we went to a buffet dinner. I ate soooo much that my stomach hurt. That night I had a dream that my stomach was big and it still hurt so I had to to the doctor. They took a pen-like ultrasound and at first they said look at the dot. Then the dot got bigger and I saw a BABY inside!!!!

I haven't taken a pregnancy test but the face of the babe was similiars to ds' except it was a girl.

If I am, it is a miracle pregnancy because with ds we tried 7 years and had to do IVF to get pregnant. I am scared to take the test and it be negative : I am also dying to take the test because the dream was similiar to the one I had when pregnant with Nicholas.

I've had some pretty crazy dreams too. I had one where I was pregnant and so that week I tested and it was neg. Then Thursday night I dreamed it again and took a test Friday - Positive! That is so crazy to me.
Also been dreaming about old high school people - pretty :!

Oh man, I didn't stop dreaming ALL NIGHT LONG last night! I can't remember most of it, but I remember trying to install a variety of car seats in my car, mostly infant seats, and i couldn't get a good tight install withany of them. So that may have been brought on by the pregnancy, or just that i'm a car seat geek.

I can't wait for the strange nursing dreams. Those are always amusing. With DS, I always dreamed I was nursing kittens.:

I don't know if I'm pregnant yet (if I am I will be in this DDC-wish me luck!), but I have had two nights of the craziest dreams of my life. One was about someone taking my credit card and taking a picture of it before giving it back to me, then later on I was going on an elevator that took me to different dimensions, one of which was a violent cartoon world with Yosimite Sam, Tweety, Sylvester the cat, Wylie Coyote and others and they decided to gang up on me and the other three people in the elevator, but missed and left a harpoon that kept the elevator from closing. That was far out!!! Then last night I dreamed that my older sister killed a pizza guy for money and I decided to go to my parents house, but had to drive part way and the other part I was on horseback through this mythical Celtic style kingdom where everyone had a cool accent. I'm leaving out vast details, but these were very vivid, in color with sunshine and everything. I woke up feeling more tired than when I went to bed! I find out this week if I'm pregnant. This would be such a tease if I'm not.

I don't know if I'm pregnant or not yet either (I would also be in this DDC) but I've had a few weird pregnancy related dreams lately. The weirdest one was that we received body parts of the baby bit by bit instead of being pregnant. Like, we'd get an arm, and it would be moving around by itself, and then a month or so later we'd get the torso and attach the arm to the torso, and that would be moving around by itself, and then we'd get a leg and attach that to the torso, etc. I don't know where we got the parts from, it's just like they appeared out of thin air.

Aaak! That would totally freak me out!
