I just watched the circ video for the first time

I am bawling. That was the most horrible thing I have ever seen and I'm literally sick to my stomach. : I was really very ignorant when it came to circumcising our son and went along with it because dh wanted it done. I seriously feel so horrible right now even though what's done is done. We're done having kids so this isn't an issue for us anymore but I cannot get that video out of my mind. I couldn't finish watching it. And that was with my volume mostly turned down. I couldn't bear to hear that poor baby screaming.

I don't know what if anything I'm looking for in posting this other than to say I now see how horrible circumcising is and I only wish I'd seen it sooner.

I am very sorry for your pain. When the dark veil is lifted off of it, it is quite ugly I know. Please join other moms here and add your story. the thread is called regrets....

It helps so many people who read/write these stories to work through their own pain. Use what you know now to help protect other children in your life, including your future grandchildren! Just bringing this video, this site, & all the many articles to someone's attention, can spare another child from such a horrible birth trauma.
