Last time my belly button got no where close to popping out- it is SUPER deep.

Mine's flattened out but not popped out yet, waiting to see if it does

mine never did. Thank goodness, I think it looks funny.

I don't think mine will pop, even with twins. It will probably flatten out though.

Mine didn't even get flat, it just became a tiny slit! LOL It will probably do the same thing this time.

oh, huh, mine's been popped out for months and months now and I thought it happened to everyone.... but then its never real deep to begin with

Mine goes in and out depending on where Bun is and what he's doing and if my stomach muscles are clenched like when I'm sitting up. Is that normal or is it my hernia's fault? It really freaks DH out. Sometimes I do it just to bug him.

mine popped a couple days ago, now it will look like a nipple under my shirt until i have the baby. hehe, my 13m old will suck on it like it has milk (makes dp gag, hehe). she also trys to push it back in. she's so funny.

I wanted to pop out before Halloween so I could paint it pink and go as a boob to my aunt's party.

OH! And when I first started growing I developed a mole in my belly button which then stretched out as I popped and now it looks gross...

Mine has been out for quite a while now. It depends on baby's position whether or not it is all the way out or only the top or bottom half. My kids say it looks like an eyeball! Dd kisses it all the time because I think it reminds her of a nipple too. It is normally deep and didn't stick out this much in any of my other pgs.

Yep, mine's kinda half-in half-out like some pp's have described. And this is the first pg that it's gone out at all, it's very weird!

Mine's not out and I thought for sure it would. I wish it would. It's hard to clean and itches sometimes!

mine does the in and out thing too! and i have no hernia. i find it quite amusing. it all depends on where baby is at the moment as to whether i am an "innie" or an "outtie."

Thats exactly how mine is.... when i sit up, looks weird... if she moves around in some positions it will become "level" but never an innie

Mine never popped with DS and so far, it hasn't popped this time. I guess my bird isn't done cooking *j/k*

I carried a LOT higher last time, and my belly button never popped. This time it popped at about 6 mos. Ds loves to poke it and talk to the baby through it, like it was a microphone.

Mine stayed in with dd but popped out a few months ago with this one. It is generally half in half out unless the baby puts a foot on it (a favorite pastime).

Mine popped out as soon as I started to show. I used to have a really shallow inny, but then with my first pregnancy it came close to popping out. Around 6 months or so it really started hurting all of the time and when I had my midwife check it, she told me it was an umbilical hernia.
She told me it would get worse before it got better and that I could no longer pick up heavy things like for instance, my daughter.
In fact sometimes If I do lift up heavy things, it bruises and turns ugly colours.
I have been talking to some others who have had the same issue and they say that although it does sort of go in a bit after the birth, it never returns to a full "inny"
oh well
c'est la vie- right. perhaps when I am all done having kids, I'll have it surgically fixed.

Mine goes in & out throughout the day...just depends on where the baby is positioned for that particular moment. My 6 year old DS is fascinated with how it changes
