How to make breast pads

Any suggestions on how to make breast pads? I don't really want to sew. Are there any materials that can just be cut? and/or are there any items that can easily be adapted/made into breast pad for milk leaking? Thanks

I don't know why you couldn't just fold up some flannel or diaper fabric until you have the desired size. I always preferred to make mine large and basically cover the entire cup so that I didn't have shifting. After being washed a few times, the fabric would stop fraying. You could also just fold up thin washcloths. It really depends upon how nice and smooth you need them to look under clothing.

Knits like cotton sweatshirt fabric or jerseys don't tend to fray much.
