Do I really have to wear clothes for another two or three weeks?

So, is anyone else totally tired of clothes? At home I'm hanging out in yoga pants and stretchy t-shirts that totally don't cover my belly anymore. But they are so comfy that i can't bear to change unless someone is coming over or I have to go out.

Other than that, the only thing that fits me and is not too annoying and warm enough to go out in are my overalls. But they are getting snug and uncomfortably rubbing against my belly.

I wish it was summer, like during my last preg. That way I could get away with just wearing shorts and a tank top with a shelf bra everywhere. I didn't have to have one or two layers of t-shirts, then a sweatshirt, then a coat that I can hardly do up, and then I have to somehow manage to put on boots or attempt to navigate my way through icy sidewalks, usually carrying my 2 year old . . .

Ug, anyway. I wish I could just hang out at home in my ill-fitting jammies for the next few weeks. Sigh.

I'm right there with you, I hate clothes!! NOTHING covers my belly, my pants are all too tight in the belly...ugh, I've been going out in my jammies WAY more than I probably should.

COMPLETELY tired of clothes. I've got 2 pairs of pants that fit comfortably, both yoga pants. I have a couple non-yoga pants that fit so-so if I HAVE to look nice, but fortunately that doesn't happen very often And shirts, ugh ugh ugh. Virtually nothing that is long enough. I will be so glad to be able to fit into different clothes... just a few weeks now, yipee!

Clothes

I have ONE outfit I wear out in public! I was just trying to decide how I would get through three back to back days of work (my last three) since I have no clothes that cover my belly! My jeans (all two pair) fall down. I am sitting here in non-maternity draw string pants that I keep having to re-tie and a way to tight maternity shirt.

I was this pregnant with DD in the winter and I can't figure out what I wore

Actually, I wore one or two of DH's button downs, but I don't think they will fit me any more! I should try though...

The one savings grace is that "winter" so far has been about 45 degrees, so I haven't actually had to try to keep warm much! I can just wear a t-shirt and a fleece and I'm fine!

Ya i think a just have a couple more days of work and I only have one pair of pants that fits me that i can wear to work - atleast they are beige courduroys so i can wear them with the 2-3 tops that still fit.

It certainly has helped that the weather here in MA has been very mild. I bought new, larger wider boots around thanksgiving but have not had to wear them yet, thank god.

Next week when I am home i will be exclusively wearing the huge pjs that my mum got me for christmas and one other pair of really big pj pants that still fit. If I have to go out I will be wearing my big long coat!! Maybe i wont have to worry about it, since im due monday....maybe this baby is just waiting for me to be done with work (wishful thinking...)

Glad someone else is tired of clothes too. I've got a few things that still fit nice and look nice, if I want to get dressed nice that is. Usually I just wear the same pair of brown gaucho pants everyday because they are comfy. Today it's yoga pants. Even my jeans bug the snot out of me lately.

I can't even wait to not be pg anymore.

I hear you. I just "found" three jumpers in my closet that actually fit and look nice; before that, I was down to two pairs of overalls and one pair of pants. Shirts are actually not a major problem, since I only have one pair of pants -- with overalls or a jumper, I can wear my regular shirts, since it doesn't matter if they're long enough.

I was getting heartily sick of washing my clothes every other day.

I've been wearing what used to be a short, tropical print dress that now fits more like a top with my rear hanging out. On more than one occasion I have forgotten that it is now obscenely short and I've answered the door in it or run out to the mailbox, etc. From my angle it seems to cover everything, but my hubby and mom have let me know that from everybody else's angle it most certainly does not cover enough anymore

Aside from that I have one pair of panel jeans that is still comfy and one pair of dressy black pants that I wore to every holiday party and shift at work for the past month. I'm going to burn both pairs the day after I deliver so I never have to set eyes on them again.

My cousing gave me a ton of winter maternity tops that she used last year, but we too have had unseasonably warm weather around here (I'm warm in jeans and a tank top) so they are getting no use. 60's and 70's in December/January is just too wierd. I bet it's warmer here in VA today than it is back home in Hawaii.

I've given up. I wear yoga pants and usually ill-fitting, too short tshirt with my hubby's huge fleece sweatshirt pretty much every day. No bra, even in public, because I just dont care any more.

I was lucky that I got hand-me-down maternity wear in two sizes, so I've just switched up a size now and have a chance of fitting in stuff, while still having managed to look reasonably put together in the middle stages (which, since I started needed maternity pants at like 6 weeks, lasted a long time! ) Sadly though even the bigger shirts often dont cover my belly anymore.

The best thing I did though was go to Value Village and buy an XL winter coat for $6.99 so I have some outerwear that actually fits. Here its been pouring and windy and nasty for the last 2 months and its been so nice to be warm enough, after struggling through just fastening the very top velcro on my normal coat for a few weeks. Plus, the new coat is big enough that I can wear baby in the sling underneath it later, which will come in handy for recess at DD's preschool. The coat is hideous but for 7 bucks I figured I couldnt complain really.

Yoga pants and a few remaining t-shirts are my daily outfit. At nights I wear DH's t-shirts to bed. He joked that I can start wearing mumus like his grandmother. In fact, he suggested we go shop for them together.

I'm right there with ya mamas! I'm feeling *and looking* beyond comprehension huge. I'm done working, thankfully, so my yoga pants and DH's long sleeve T's and sweatshirts will be my daily uniform. Baby oh baby, you must be growing SO strong and healthy (and huge). Sigh...

My mom convinced me to go to a movie last night and guess what I wore. My pajamas and slippers. My pj pants are really the only ones that fit me and I didn't have the energy to put forth the effort to tie my shoes. (they are slippers with a rubber bottom so they can go outside )

I have worn pjs and slippers to the store with my fiance a couple times, but i actually stayed in the car! my slippers (and pjs) are pink and sooooo obviously not shoes...hahaha

I'm already feeling like a hermit these days as it is, not wanting to go anywhere but instead just stay at home and hibernate and the clothing situation sure doesn't help matters any. I too go around the house in one of my two comfy pair of yoga pants and a comfy cotton t-shirt that often shows my belly. I'm down to one pair of old navy jeans, a couple of skirts for church, and maybe 3-4 shirts that I consider worthy of wearing out in public, and even those will show the bottom of the panel sometimes if I'm not careful. All my other shirts are just too short, and I'm a short person. I don't know what tall/long waisted people do. I'm now of the mindset that these next few weeks can't go by quickly enough.

I only have a couple of outfits that fit. When we go out and it's chilly, I throw on one of dh's big fleecy pullovers and a big scarf. Thankfully it doesn't get too cold here in Ca. Still, I am so tired of wearing basically the same outfit all the time. I just realized that it will be a few (or more) weeks before I can fit into some of my earlier maternity clothes or bigger non-maternity clothes. I was thinking that I'd have the baby and get to go right back to my old wardrobe! Whoops! :

I'm pretty uncomfortable and tired of most of my clothes. I do have one pair of black capri pants (sort of like yoga pants) that were the only thing that fit me at the end of my last pregnancy. I HATED those pants after wearing them every day for weeks on end (about 5-6 weeks total, I think). Now I am back ot basically those pants - which really aren't warm enough for January weather. Other than that I have pants that cause varying degrees of discomfort.

I was fortunate enough to find a good supply of really long maternity shirts, so my belly remains covered. I am tall with an extremely long torso and regular maternity shirts stop covering my belly at about, oh, 4 or 5 months. I haven't worn a regular tent-style shirt once during this pregnancy. I am still wearing some regular (large) shirts since for me the issue is length more than, um, depth (I don't pop out as much as others - lots of up and down growing for me).

And BRAS!! AGGGUUUHH. There is no space left between my ribs, boobs, and stomach. So, there is no room for a bra. I can *tolerate* (barely) a sports bra. I haven't put on a regular bra in a couple of weeks.

Clothes (and especially shoes) have become my nemesis, too! :

I have three pairs of non-maternity, drawstring yoga/lounge pants that I can wear, plus two sweaters and two t-shirts...that's it. None of my maternity pants even come close to fitting anymore.

As for shoes...I have worn only flip-flops for at least two months. Now, even my "normal" flip-flops don't fit because my feet are so swollen, so I went to Target and bought the most basic flat, black ones I could find (two sizes larger than normal)...and those barely fit...and that's what I wear now, night and day, even though it's freezing when I go for walks in the evening. My DH bought me the cutest lavender Ugg-type boots for Christmas, and I'm dying to wear them, but I can't even squeeze my foot through the opening! Ugh!

And forget about bras...I had two that I bought mid-pregnancy and wore every day, but I haven't been able to wear either of them for a long while now.

I plan to throw (give) all of this stuff away as soon as I can fit back into my normal clothes!

Must be something about Jasons, my DH, also a Jason, suggests mumus everytime I complain about my lack of clothes

I feel like I walk around half naked. I'm not shy in the least, and especially when I'm pregnant. So, I wear whatever pants I can find that are comfy, usually something nice and stretchy. And then I put on a tank top. And just to make it a little more fun, so my tank top doesn't just stop in the middle of my belly, I just roll it up to under my boobs. That way my whole belly is sticking out. I figure, yeah...it's winter, but man am I warm.
