I would add a higher end kitchen aid food proc to my list of 'wants' (and to keep an eye out for used) except that I want to be 100% convinced that it won't blend my onions. The one I have is Kitchen Aid (The Little Ultra Power) and all I get is mush. It really sucks. I'm not sure what a higher end model would do differently?
