Grandmother's 60th Birthday - gift ideas?

My MIL is turning 60 this month and I would like to make her a gift. I am totally open to suggestions! I would like it to involve my two kids on some level, who are her first and only grandchildren. I am reasonably crafty - I know how to sew and I have done some scrapbooking. I think it would be extra special if I could incorporate pictures of the kids in some form. So, if anyone has some cool ideas for this sort of gift, please let me know. And links to any great crafty websites would be wonderful! TIA

A friend recently made a quilt with pictures of the grandkids and children in it. She somehow used her home printer to print them on fabric (be sure to get a kind that won't wash off) and alternated those with blue and yellow squares. You could also just do a simple pillow if a quilt is too much.

For Christmas our Aunt made us a cool photobook, it looks like she covered it herself with pretty paper. Inside the pages fold out accordion-style, so each side of the cover (front and back) becomes an end. She put pictures of our family in it. When you are done you fold it back up and tie it with ribbon to keep it closed. I wish I knew how she did it, it sounds perfect for what you want to do! Maybe it's a scrapbooking technique, I don't know.

Thanks! Those are both great suggestions.
