I just read "Kids Are Worth It" and it is one of the top parenting books I've read so far. I really liked it. I've heard the author speak and she is so funny and amazing. I will refer to this book many times, I know. Great book.

Tried and true: Dr. Sears' "Baby Book" for new parents.
For parents of tots to teens: "Hold Onto Your Kids." Hands down, it's the best parenting book I've read.

Naturally Healthy Babies and Children by Aviva Jill Romm. Written by an herbalist and midwife, this is the first book I go to when my son gets sick.
