Thanks, but it is a staph infection, not yeast. I did try disposables for a while (Tushies-chem free) and they were one of many things that didn't seem to help.
The infection has cleared up some but not completely and the antibiotics are gone.
So if it's not gone by Tuesday (when the offices open again), I'll take him back in and I guess we'll try another round of antibiotics...lots of strains of Staph have become resistant and I've heard it is common to have to try a different antibiotic... If anyone knows of any alternatives, I'd love to hear.

: ), and then went on to tell me that he was going to prescribe more of the same antibiotics that didn't work before. I insisted on a different antibiotic. He also said that if it doesn't clear up with this round, that we have to circumcise. And I should be trying to retract the foreskin a little more every day until it will go over the head of the glans, because, as he put it, "It's just a poor design."
