Everybody hang in there!
Just wanted to tell you to not get discouraged and I have a suggestion too. My house was awful (some parts still are) but it is really improving! I found Flylady in sept 2005, but had not been very consistent. Finally things are getting better.
Something that I had to do is print up a really nice looking list and put it up on the fridge (where I can't lose it-couldn't ever find my control journal-yes I am that bad off!) I put it in a plastic cover so I could mark things off and then erase. I listed my morning routine, Afternoon, and night routines and also my days of the week list (water the plants on Thursday etc) I also made a short list for upstairs so I would remember while I was up there to put my shoes on and make the bed etc.. When I wake up feeling blah and lost many mornings, I just go to my list and start there.
Don't read every email if you are on the list. If you are feeling down and need some encouragement then read some of the testimonies, but there are too many other things to do in life to read them every day!
If you aren't on the list you can always go get information from the website instead.
Wish I was smart enough with a computer so you could see pictures of my house before. It was just piles of stuff everywhere. The only reason we could walk through the house is because we have a LARGE farm house and I hadn't accumulated enough to fill it up like my bedroom was at my parents!
Gotta go. Simon (2) wants to play a Thomas game on the computer with me
