Free Family Blog

Hi there--
I have never blogged before. can anyone recommend a free blog service to create a family blog which multiple people can see on and post entries in?

I'm fairly certain Blogger has "team" blogging. I'm not sure if it can be private or not, though.

MSN spaces can be private, as can Vox.com, but I'm not sure if they allow multiple posters to one blog.

GJ and LJ have the ability to create communities and shared journals. You simply make membership and posting private but viewing public.
